"We had some major under the foundation concrete slab corrosion of piping in our home. EZ flow did a thorough inspection and found the issues. We had some heavy work to do in order to fix: remove shower, tub, punch a hole in the concrete, and dig a hole under the house to expose the plumbing. The EZ Flow Team of Robert, Spencer P and Manny did FANTASTIC WORK! They also left the home in good / clean condition after a 12hr day of hard labor. "Drew, his technician, arrived around noon on Thursday, Feb 20. He reviewed the toilet and said it was too old (more than 20 years old he said) and could not be repaired. We would be better off with a brand new toilet and it would use less water. He was convincing and we agreed. He left to purchase the new toilet and returned about an hour later. When he was disconnecting the water line, he broke the connection inside the wall. He then cut a 7 inch by 5 inch section out of the wall to he could install a new valve to replace the one he broke. He taped over the hole in the wall with some black tape and told us we would have to hire a handyman to repair the wall. He said it was not necessary to calk around the base of the new toilet. The final cost was now $865 plus whatever the wall repair would be. We called James at West Plumbing the next day , described what happened and sent him a photo of the damaged wall. We asked for help in finding a handyman to do the repair. James gave us the name of a drywall painter but did not know any handyman to recommend. He also agreed to help somewhat with the cost of the wall repair after he talked with Drew. We have not heard anything since."

"On Friday, Lee came to do our annual R/O maintenance. We appreciated his friendliness and efficiency. I was glad to receive his picture in the text advising when he would arrive, so that I knew who I would be opening my door to!"

"It was easy to sign up with Rob at 5 Star Kitchen and Bath because he was full of promises and has a likeable personality. However, things haven't gone so well. We got off to a good start but a couple of weeks in, plumbing issues with the dwelling had to be addressed. After a 2 week pause, getting them to return and take this project to completion in a timely manner has failed. It's been 2 years and still not done. I am nervous about the reliability of the work in the showers. I watched them do the waterproofing. I expressed my concerns to deaf ears. The tile work is average. I still don't have a working temperature control after 30 mos. I asked for insulation under the tub for sound reduction and they didn't do it because it wasn't necessary. It was for me. The plumber for 5 Star has yet to return to fix the water hammer in the wall that I hear everyday, as well as a few other things. Unfortunately, against my better judgement, I let him talk me into paying for the project before it was completed on a verbal promise he would take care of everything."

"The guys at AC And Plumbing Pro were so knowledgeable and helpful! They explained everything to me about why my hot water heater wasn't working and the leaks we had under our floor. I asked many questions and they patiently answered them all. They worked many long hours to install a water softener and fix the leaks as quickly as possible. I didn't realize how much I love the soft water until I spent the weekend somewhere without soft water and my skin looked and felt like a lizard's, just like it used to before I got soft water."

"I had Custom Plumbing do just about every possible plumbing thing you can think of because unfortunately my old home needed it =( (Whole home water repipe, sewer replacement, and helped me with my bathroom remodel, and other misc things) They walked me through everything made me feel very comfortable with the whole process and worked with me thru the financing. I have nothing bad to say about them at all which is hard to find in the construction world. Everyone lies and cheats and cuts corners. But this company paid attention to the details.. what more can you ask for in a company. Highly recommend!"
