He uses a drone to show you everything, which is a plus. He is personable and was a pleasure to work with. I also had the opportunity to meet the other owners, Gerardo Rodas, who was on the spot with some touchups at the end. Brian Rodas, his son, added some extra insulation during the process. He also recommended that I choose Sharkskin Ultra Radiant Barrier as my underlayment. Wow, that was worth it and I can feel the efficiency. The crews were friendly and hard working. "We just had all about roofing install our new roof I tell you I couldnâ t be happier Devin worked on all the financial details for us with our insurance company and all we had to do was confirm with the insurance company that all was well. His staff is amazing. They keep you updated Constantly with emails and messages if you choose letting you know dates coming up times and when product will be delivered And the final agreed installment date the men who came to install the roof were very courteous, and the cleanup was unbelievable, not tack, nail or piece of trash on my lawn. "Spencer4Hire did a great job. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was exceptional. They installed rolled roofing about 1 ft past the end of the tile to prevent water from leaking back. The flashing they installed at the chimney and at an intersecting wall was very carefully installed and sealed. They replaced 2 sections of fascia board along with some rotted wood. After they painted the repairs (my paint) I couldn't tell where the repairs were made. They even set the flashing to direct water away from the corner where the rot started. I chose Spencer4Hire because they took the time to explain what they would do and gave me several options to choose from. During installation they kept me informed as to the timeline and any additional items needed. I would certainly choose them again if I needed roof repairs or replacement."

"We called Foamco when we had a water leaking in our ceiling in the computer room. They found and fixed a small surface crack in the roof. They didn?t think the roof was our problem. The Roof had no water near the surface crack. He went out of his way to find out what was causing the dripping ceiling to determine if it was really his company or if there was something else that was causing the water leak. This the third home SUNGUARD has painted for me. To start with they were very helpful working through the HOA requirements.

They were very timely and worked with my tenant to do the work at a convenient time. The painting process was very professional and they do the little extras that make the job one of the best values for the money in my opinion.

They power washed the house. sealed the cracks (you cannot tell where they were), Plus the painted under the patio roof and pointed  out that the patio roof needed sealing.  The lines where they changed colors are unbelievable straight .
