We had always wanted to try a tankless heater so we searched Angie's List for a local plumber with experience installing tankless heaters. Al from Al's Plumbing LLC came out on the time we had agreed upon and discussed size options. He emailed a quote the same day. We scheduled the replacement and his crew showed up on time. His crew was very courteous and friendly. They stayed late (almost 11:00 pm) until it was completely installed the same day. The installation was very well done and professional. The new heater worked great but a few days later the drain backed up and flooded the area. My wife called Al and he arrived with blowers and vacuums to cleanup the water. It turned out this was the first of a new model of tankless heaters and the manufacturer had incorrectly specified how to connect the drain in conjunction with the water softener. Al's team promptly corrected the problem and left the blowers overnight to dry everything up. Al arranged a drywall company to come several days later and repair the sheetrock and texture. It looks as good as or better than before!"
