Our foreman, Lino, and his team did phenomenal work and have met every single expectation including when I panicked over a paint choice. The scope of work was vast: rebuild a balcony, paint house (two stories), oversized detached garage, and entire perimeter block fence, plus refinish spiral (steel) staircase, paint pool fencing, replace soffit lights, remove old exposed aggregate and create concrete ramps, rebuild bridge and widen front walkway. Inside the home, they finished a set of wood steps to second floor and replaced the worn handrail. Pricing for the entire project was incredibly fair and the work done exceptional. With so many other home projects on our "list", we have already started saving for the next one. Without question or hesitation, J&B is our contractor."
