"Completely satisfied with the roof repair. Reasonable cost, good communication, and quick response time."

"Spencer4Hire did a great job. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was exceptional. They installed rolled roofing about 1 ft past the end of the tile to prevent water from leaking back. The flashing they installed at the chimney and at an intersecting wall was very carefully installed and sealed. They replaced 2 sections of fascia board along with some rotted wood. After they painted the repairs (my paint) I couldn't tell where the repairs were made. They even set the flashing to direct water away from the corner where the rot started. I chose Spencer4Hire because they took the time to explain what they would do and gave me several options to choose from. During installation they kept me informed as to the timeline and any additional items needed. I would certainly choose them again if I needed roof repairs or replacement."

"Choosing this company for our flat roof needs was the right decision. Their reliability in flat roof installations is commendable. Our property now enjoys a sleek and dependable flat roofing system."

"We called Foamco when we had a water leaking in our ceiling in the computer room. They found and fixed a small surface crack in the roof. They didn?t think the roof was our problem. The Roof had no water near the surface crack. He went out of his way to find out what was causing the dripping ceiling to determine if it was really his company or if there was something else that was causing the water leak. He discovered that our problem was connected to the air conditioner?not the roof. I would definitely use this company for future roofing problems."

"From start to finish the roofing crew worked hard and cleaned up their messes daily and I appreciate that. The new roof has given my house a new more modern look and I am really glad I got the right company for the job. Thank you AZ Roofing for a job well done. Storm"

"They are one of the best and well reputed tile roof repair experts in Columbia. In whichever location their team members have found the cracks or holes, they have sealed with the plastic roofing cement. It was an incredibly joyful experience ever."

"Easy to work with. Actually listened to what I thought the problem was and repaired it better than I could at my age. I thank them for what I feel was professional job. They do more than roofing. I suggest you try them first before hiring anyone else for any job."

"We hired Michael and Charles to replace our roof and paint the exterior of our house. They were so easy to work with as we live in Canada and have our winter house in Arizona. They did amazing work on both roof and painting house. I called them back to help me on a situation I had that an air conditioning company had not sealed up properly and he came out and fixed it within a few days of calling. Michael and Charles are definitely a great contracting company that we have been able to rely on for the last 3 years of contacting them. Excellent work and professional. Would highly recommend them."

"I am so happy that Charlie came and fixed my roof. It was leaking, missing shingles and had some damage from a storm a few years back. Now, it looks like new! Not only did he do a great job fixing it up, but he also coated it with some sort of gel that will help protect it for years to come. Its amazing how much of a difference it made in the overall appearance of my house. The Charlie at CJS was super professional and friendly throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way and even gave me some tips on how to maintain my roof in the future. I highly recommend Charlie to anyone in need of roof repair or replacement. His expertise and attention to detail was top-notch, and I couldn't be happier with the final result"

"The owner and his son did an amazing job. They went above and beyond my expectations. The entire crew was very professional. Originally had called the owner to repair our roof. Charlie was very honest, and told me that he could repair roof, but he thought that I needed a new roof. He told me that he only did repairs. I instantly knew that he is a man of integrity. I noticed that his company also did painting. The house looks amazing. Very reasonable and I would definitely recommend."
