Richard responded immediately for estimate, we agreed, completely repaired CORRECTLY. Started work w/in 5 days of estimate. Repaired in 1 day. Great service, very professional, punctual and fair pricing. Only wish we had Staten Island Fence do original install. We will definitely recommend and contact them for future projects."

"Installers Henry and Jose arrived on time yesterday (5/4/20) at my residence for an installation of a new 6’ ft stockade fence, they were very respectful of me and my property. The did a great job with the takedown and removal of the old fencing, did a great job with the installation of the new fence installation, left the work area and my driveway clean and made sure that I was happy with everything before they left. "Went to store front on saturday to look at sample railings. Staff was very helpful. Gave me some catalogues to take home and an appointment for Tuesday for an estimate. On Tuesday Jeff called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come an hour earlier. Came and showed us some examples and discussed how certain railings would look and what our steps could "handle". Made our selection and got an install date for 2 weeks later. At 9am on 11/12 Alex and his associate showed up and got to work. The two men were professional and meticulous about what they were doing. It seeemed as thought they were installing the railings on their own home. When they were done they cleaned the area so it looked like the railings were always there. The finished work is perfect and we are thrilled that we chose Fence Depot.

We were pleased the provider was able to do the job prior to Thanksgiving so that the new window treatments could be installed in time for the holiday. Since we'd used this company (Glen Painting) in the past, we still had some paint available which they were able to use. The Crew Leader and his helper arrived the first day and we reviewed what was to be done. Since this involved work throughout the entire house I was pleased that he listened and responded to any questions/wishes I had about the order in which they would proceed. The entry floors were covered completely and they asked permission to use one section of the garage to store their materials. When working in specific rooms they took a photo; moved and covered all furniture and wall art; and completely replaced everything to the exact location, upon completion in the room. At the end of each day there was a through clean-up which I greatly appreciated. For several days only one worker was present, If any question arose he was able to call the Crew Leader and I was able to speak with him for clarification.  Example:  Door saddles needed to blend in with tiles in three areas. Several samples were done making my final choice easier. Although the worker listened to music, it was at an appropriate volume, making it easy to speak with him, as needed. Upon completion, the Crew Leader returned to see that the work was done and several days later the Provider came and we spoke about how well everything turned out.
