"I initially had a great experience with this construction company, but things quickly went downhill. Communication became terrible, with incompetence and a complete lack of responsiveness. To make matters worse, they started subcontracting work to people who were clearly unqualified. The quality of work dropped drastically, and it became obvious that the subcontractors didnâ t know what they were doing. I expected a professional job but ended up with constant frustration, unprofessional behavior, and subpar results. I eventually had to stop them from continuing, as it was clear this project was beyond John and Sherry's capacity. They bit off more than they could chew. I would not recommend this company if you're looking for reliability and quality. For any interested parties, Iâ m more than willing to share the full story. "It is the 2nd time I hired them it was opposite of the 1st. It was everything you worry about with contractors. Professionalism: Constantly foul cursing arguments. It made my infant baby cry and my wife upset. His last text was I should have given you a middle finger. LOW CLASS Cost: He lowered cost on the job as a repeat customer but complained about it every day. It was used as an excuse for why he delayed the job and needed to cut corners. He made me pay full price for an unfinished job so I finished it myself Quality: It was measure once cut twice instead of measure twice cut once. Most materials were ready at the start for weeks. He had plenty of time to measure and plan it out. Instead the installs were misaligned. When things broke his 1st words was it is not my fault or it came out of the box that way. Then threatened to charge me to fix it. He picked low quality products & complained when I changed to a better product. Details were ignored, unfinished, trim wrong color"

"They were very creative. George worked with me to make the plan for repairing the deck he let me work with him to do it. I had worries about the substructure and foundation being rotted out. George found a way to pull out the old deck boards and look at the internal structure. From there we made a more realistic plan and estimate to make repairs. They did things beyond what I was even thinking about it. They were terrific and I have no complaints."
