If they anticipated a delay because of bad weather (and there was), this was made known to me ahead of time. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. Job was done in April 2024, now is august 2024. even after multiple texts and calls. we never received an invoice. when Michael asked for payments we never hesitated to pay. We would like a paid invoice for gutter job."
