"Rich was punctual and professional. Although he was at the house to give us an estimate on PVC fence repairs, he assessed the issues and was able to fix them on the spot. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the price. Staten Island Fence & Landscaping will be my first call for any future fence issues."

"Performance Fence did an amazing job on my fence installation :) Jack responded to me right away and came right over quoted me a great price and was attentive and helpful through the whole process. I recommend them 100 percent for any fence installation project"

"Perfectly.. best fence PVC repair and good advice on hinges and locks as we are in a very windy location,"

"Aldo was punctual, and competent. He communicated everything very well. He and his crew were timely, well mannered and efficient. The interior stairs of my fathers brownstone were carpeted for over 30 years and a previous contractor had removed the carpet without completing the job. Aldo removed the nails and residue carpet material, repaired several treads of the staircase, replaced several spindles, laid vinyl flooring , and painted the risers and spindles. He consulted with me on every decision, colors, materials, and their practicality. The job was completed sooner than he had initially estimated. I will definitely be hiring him again."

"The company did everything they said they were going to done."

"Two separate jobs.  Both  were done with efficiency and I love the fences and hand rails.  Worked with me as I wanted black railings and not the plastic.  They found the solution and I couldn't be happier.  Efficient and hard working crew.  Cleaned up and took all the fencing off premises.

"Thorough. Every crevice was done"

"I had hired Nick a couple of years ago to paint the outside of the house I was living in. His men did an incredible job. When I bought my apartment, I called him in to do the work. I did not even bother to get another estimate. He is expensive, and worth every penny. He painted a 2400 sq. ft. apartment to my color specifications, hung wallpaper, removed a closet door and framed it out for a new bifold door, attached door stops and switch and outlet plates, had his electrician  hang fixtures, and do wiring for TV and internet. He removed a whole wall of mirror which was becoming detached from the wall, and repaired and painted that wall. No one would ever know anything had hung there at one time. I did wind up paying over and hove the figure above, because I then had the electrician remove a good bit of recessed lighting, and install LED lighting."

"It was great! They were fast and the fence was still standing after bad storms. Everything was perfect."

"Great comunication from this company. They responded right away. They were onsite at one of our off-site locations. Cleared the snow and salted the pavement well. They followed up with sending pictures so we were able to ensure that the work was done to our statifaction, before asking for final payment. We will cetainly keep All City in mind for our future business needs."
