The interior stairs of my fathers brownstone were carpeted for over 30 years and a previous contractor had removed the carpet without completing the job. Aldo removed the nails and residue carpet material, repaired several treads of the staircase, replaced several spindles, laid vinyl flooring , and painted the risers and spindles. He consulted with me on every decision, colors, materials, and their practicality. The job was completed sooner than he had initially estimated. I will definitely be hiring him again."

I picked a better minister, and he complained about fixing it and threatened to have me repair it, and it took four months to get it replaced. I had to use a space heater for the four months that I waited for the repair. Even though that new mini split was already delivered. We had many arguments, and he used foul language. It was unpleasant working with him and unprofessional to work with. "

It was a complicated job involving careful demo, reinforcement, complete electrical renovation, finished carpentry, painting, staining, repair of very old hardwoods, relocation of a very large and heavy piece of furniture. They were highly professional every step of the way. And they kept the area neat and clean every day. They installed plastic walls with zippers for entrance and exit to keep the construction area away from the rest of our living spaces. Sticky doormats to collect debris from shoes was installed and changed out regularly. Our exterior stairs were covered in plastic.
