"We had been looking for someone to repair a damaged step on a front porch. We tried about 4-5 companies and they either said no the job was too small or they had no time or they didn’t respond. Shawn Hiatts first response to us was I think it is going to warm up next week, I can get it done then. He showed up and did the work. He went above and beyond by making the step a little wider, which was very acceptable to us. Less chance of falling off as the other step was not so wide. Also we were aware of needing dirt work done around the house and rock out over it. He told us that we might want to get dirt work done to save damage layer. We told him yes we knew it needed done. He offered to do it at a very reasonable price. That evening the dirt work was done and the next morning rock was down. He is very efficient and professional. We will definitely use him again when we need more work done!!"

"I got four estimates and Keating was on the low side because they werent preforming water proofing on the foundation, I didnt really need it. Keating was a bit more professional in their initial contact showing and discussing the problems.Keating started the <br /> jobs a few weeks after I accecpted the bid, this time period was quicker than the other companies estimates by months. The job took 3 days and they showed up on time and left on time every day. There was not alot of noise from the drilling and 4 of the pier <br /> holes had to be dug by hand. They had at about 6 guys on the job each day and.they let me know what was going on including <br /> watching as the southeast side was lifted some 2 inches to correct the problem. "The work went very well.  We had a few rain delays, but that could not be helped.  Also we were coordinating other work with another contractor (see R and R Concrete) that sometimes caused delays. They showed up when expected, excavated one side of the house and dug holes on the other (walk out basement) for the piers.  When finished the yard was repaired as good as could be expected for St Louis summer. I have a little work to do on it now that it has cooled off. I had to have cracks repaired inside and concrete work done on the outside.  The people they recommended did wonderful work. <br />"
