"Good News: Window World installed new windows in my whole house in March 2014. They are Double Hung White 4000, Obscure Glass, Solarzone ELite Low E/Argon Gas filled. Bad News: January 2017, one window cracked on the inside for unknown reason. Good News: Window World was responsive and replaced the window. Bad News: January 2018, two windows developed spots inbetween the double paned glass. Good News: Window world ordered replacement windows and I am awaiting delivery and installation at this time. So far, I have my doubts about the quality of workmanship in manufacture of Window World windows. When I initially called Window World for replacement windows in 2014, I was certain I was calling the best there is. Now.........."

Our "new" porch looks great! This company is busy, and we were informed that it would take a couple of months before they could get to us after we paid a deposit. "The work was of good quality. Tracy Roberts and Jordan Albright were courteous and easy to work with. The work started immediately, on Feb. 26, and the rest was done by agreement between pre-scheduled jobs. Due to rainy days and Tracy being short-handed, there were some communication problems. The work was completed on March 22nd or 23rd."
