"Had a paver patio installed by Brandon and his team. Despite multiple setbacks due to my very old home (130 yrs), he was able to persevere and get it installed beautifully."

"Had them quote me to line my chimney. They provided a quote for the chimney lining, tuck point, and water proofing. Had them complete the work, all was well. The first good wind we had, the chimney cap blew off. It looks like it just wasn?t tightened enough. I reached out to inquire if they?d come back out to place the chimney cap and tighten, and he said they would. Haven?t been able to get ahold of them since to get it scheduled. Other than that issue, I?d love to give 5 stars."

Small jobs welcome

I do honest work, whatever it is. I have construction experience, I’m a brick mason, I’ve done carpentry, I patch drywall, I paint, I carry heavy things, I clean, I move things with my truck, and much more.

"It was an excellent experience. From my first contact with Andy to set up a quote, everything happened quickly and professionally. He came out, was very easy to talk to, took measurements, and I had a quote in just a few days. Once I decided to use Clark's based on my comfort level and the price, they were out and working about a week later. The crew that came out was fast, efficient, and very courteous. I asked for a few minor adjustments along the way -- nothing was wrong, more of a "hey, now that I'm thinking about it..." kind of thing -- and they were happy to make the changes. They were done quickly and the finished work looks great. I'm thrilled with how everything turned out. <br />"

"They did a great job cleaning the beds around the entire house as well as mulching. Very responsive if I had questions or concerns. Many neighbors have asked who cares for our yard this time of year. <br />"

"OMG hire these people - they are GREAT! First they are very responsive. They call back and give you all the information you need. After the technician came to our house to diagnose the duct problem the owner called me and we talked about what work needed to be done and he gave me a rough estimate. When that changed due to new problems (our house is older) they called again. Great! I love working with people who communicate with me and are honest. The workers that came to our house were incredibly professional and nice. They were also extremely courteous. They were very thoughtful when moving the dryer and laundry, asking if where they put the work was alright with us. They cleaned-up after themselves too. Frankly I would love to have the company back into my house since they do other forms of construction. I would totally hire them again."

"Jerry was very prompt in responding to my first call for an estimate. He was professional and patient as we discussed how the job was to be done. I thought I wanted to have the wood "look" preserved by just applying a semi-transparent stain. However, after discussing different coverage options I agreed to trust one of Jerry's suggestions and go with a lighter solid stain(Sikkens). It looks great! It makes the porch brighter (north exposure) and yet maintains the wood feel I wanted. Jerry is an excellent painter. He is meticulous, quick, and experienced. The high pitched celing with rough old wood (having some roof nails poking through in places) made this a tedious job. He also had to make two trips for more stain since the wood soaked it up so much. I am very pleased with the results."

"The estmate was performed in a timely manner and came in midway between two other contractors. The crew doing the work were professional and courteous and got the job done in a timely manner. Finished product looks great! I will be having them back out next spring to pour concrete as well."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Quincy, IN

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
