He took care with his equipment, acted professionally, asked questions and listened well, and took great care with his ladder to be gentle with our house. "Derek was on time, took off his boots and placed drop-cloths by fireplace. He meticulously took off the glass, dismantled the whole system and made the 20 year plus gas fireplace look new! He replaced the pilot light which was no surprise to us. He also recommended a remote controlled thermostat which we needed. This is our primary heat source in the winter and the room would become too hot so it was a constant battle of opening a door and the room got too cold or having to add and then remove layers of clothes multiple times. I cannot rave enough about this company."
