He had multiple samples to show the different types of shingles, costs, life expectancy, etc. (Also provided locations of homes his company had worked on in the area where we could ride by and see the end product.) Steve, his foreman ensured the work was done on time and properly. The whole team made the experience seamless. Our old gutters were really too small for the size of the roof and home. All new gutters with leaf guards were also installed. Our home is surrounded by large oak trees and this was the first year with the new gutters. How nice not to have leaves piled up in the old gutters. We were so pleased with our roof that we asked Tim and his team to install gutters at our church. Again, they did an excellent job (professional, on time, reasonable cost)."

I don't know how BugOut expects to keep customers unless they are going for quantity to the point that it doesn't matter. Too much to even post here. "Kevan & Drew at Drain Designs were fantastic! First let me say it was refreshing too actually, have someone respond and follow up to a call. I had called several companies/persons but none either responded back or showed up for their appointment. So, I was a pleasantly surprised when Kevan responded to my voicemail and showed up for the scheduled appointment. Water was leaking into my back room from underneath the deck and creating issues. Kevan came out and assessed the problem and devised a solution. Kevan & Drew showed up as assured. The process was explained every step of the way, so I had a very clear understanding of what was being done and why. Both Kevan & Drew were professional, and their work is quality work. I would definitely work with Drain Designs again and would have no issues recommending them to others. You won't be disappointed!"

"Smoothest, most professional job ever. We can’t say enough good things about Joe Mareka and Carolina Professional Roofing. Our 20-year-old roof didn’t have any problems but we wanted to replace it before anything went wrong, plus we wanted larger capacity gutters throughout. . We called Joe, who came over that very day and gave us a price. We thought about getting other estimates, but we had used Joe once before for a very minor roof issue 5 years ago and he was fantastic; the price was reasonable, plus we checked Angie’s List reviews and the BBB - all totally positive, so we hired him. Joe told us they could start September 2; on August 30 he called and confirmed, then delivered materials to our property. He and crew arrived early on September 2. He stated maybe 3 hours and made sure everything was going the way it should. The crew of 4 men worked 10 grueling hours, taking reasonable breaks and lunch but otherwise working very hard. They were incredibly neat, covering the plants, sweeping the deck several times, using a magnet device to locate any errant nails. By the time we came home from work on 9/3, the roof was done. You would never know they had been there, everything was left so neat. Due to approaching Hurricane Dorian, gutters were postponed till the following week and were completed on 9/10. Joe did not ask for any deposit up front (which we would have been happy to pay), just told us “You can pay me when the job’s completed.” Which we did. We’re totally impressed with this company."

"Excellent! Strange as it may sound, the visit from Chimneys Plus folks turned out to be the most enjoyable event of my week! Scheduling by phone was easy and quick... and Larry and Eric showed up on time, (wearing masks the whole time, which I appreciate during this pandemic), did a clean efficient job, spent the time to answer my questions and show me the views of the camera going up my chimney, teaching me a lot about the whole business, all the while being friendly not only to me but to my annoying barking little terriers. "It has gone very smoothly, I worked with Alfred Pickett, (205) 837-1011, who quoted the job, scheduled the job with one of Authentic Restoration's roofing crews. It is Alfred who stood fast that our roof was damaged and likely that our insurance adjuster would approve coverage payments. This occurred on an incredible day when I coincidentally paid a home inspector to inspect a small area on my roof that another "sub" of mine had patched. Alfred was standing nearby and we didn't say a word that Alfred was a roofer. I asked the Home Inspector to check our roof while he was up there - and he came down and told me the roof was not damaged by hail! When the inspector left, Alfred showed me on his "Tablet" the picture he took of our roof and there were many pale charcoal-colored spots in the picture. This was the hail damage we suspected that occurred in April 2017. Our terrific Cincinnati Insurance Co. paid all of our $40,638 roofing/new gutters bill except a $2,500 deductible that we happily paid. Authentic Restoration performed a great job on our home's roof and (don't forget) gutters. I am so big on Restoration that we got my youngest Stepson's home re-roofed due to hail damage also, and happily this home was covered by Cincinnati Insurance also (hail damage). In addition, I've led, so far, two of my neighbors who own luxury homes with hail-damaged roofs to Alfred and they are getting new replacement roofs covered by insurance. Alfred has also made things easy in doing our two jobs and I am very fortunate that we crossed paths because he has saved my wife and I some serious money and made it easy!!"
