Get matched with top gate for driveway or security installers and replacers in Rockville, MD

"Very professional crew. Showed up removed my old fence put in a brand new fence with three gates extremely nice very professional. Completed the entire job in just one day."

"I had a list of 4 tasks and an expectation of cost; 4 tasks complete and cost expectations met. Very knowledgable in his field and gave good advice on future tasks such as security camera installation (which he does a lot of) and door bell/camera systems. I would use him again and seek his advice on future tasks. ts"

"Charles installed a handrail for me. He was efficient and his work was precise and sturdy. He was also patient with all my questions and I have already hired him for additional work."

"John handled our aluminum fence install without delay. He walked the line with us first, made sure the layout matched what we wanted, and started right away. The panels went in clean, no gaps or uneven spots. He stayed on task and worked through until it was done. No talking in circles, no delays. The fence looks tight and secure. Glad we picked this crew."

"This is one of those businesses that deserves six stars. We hired them to replace a driveway gate in our complex. That one was cheap, and showed it. Richard and Sean at Lotsa Fence gave us a reasonable quotation, installed an excellent gate, and have provided superb after-sale service - including free adjustments (even to the latch) and repairs for one year under warranty. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent. I really enjoyed meeting Eric. He and his staff were awesome from the very beginning. Everything was explained step by step and the workers were so polite and friendly, always smiling. Pouring concrete for a pathway or driveway can wreak havoc in your yard, but these guys were so meticulous and careful to only drive on my lawn and put dirt on my lawn. (I have a semi-detached home). They cleaned up everything nicely and even reseeded my grass where the track marks from the truck were. I have already contracted with GPRO for some additional landscaping. I would recommend them for all your landscaping needs. Edie"

"This service was for replacing an extension garage door spring for a single car garage door. They installed the spring and recommended to replace the rollers as well. Overall price was great and they did a wonderful job. The garage door runs quietly than before. I highly recommend these guys for the job. Thank you!"

"Mason and his staff at Sino-American GC were a pleasure to work with. They renovated the bathroom, installed multiple doors throughout the DC condo, and installed a tile backsplash in the kitchen. The bathroom work was a complete remodel, the team installed all new finishes and fixtures in a timely manner, on budget and schedule, and with great care. I’m glad we had professional staff that could walk us through different scenarios for installation as the project work went along as dealing with uncertain existing conditions can be a challenge.. The tile work throughout the condo is flawless and by far our favorite. Not only was the team knowledgeable during construction, but gave us tips for maintenance as well after the project was completed."

"Wow - punctual, courteous, professional, honest, and couldn't have asked for more.  First of all, a quick comment:  Most of the "A" rated services would not accept my business because I have pellet stove inserts.  I assume this is simply because the stove has to be pulled out and disconnected.  Metropolitan Chimney Masonry Service Inc. accepted immediately, and was very prompt and professional throughout.
Our rep showed up exactly on time, and explained everything that was to be done.  He was very careful while moving items around to gain access to the pellet stove, and answered all of my questions thoroughly.  He was very pleasant to work with.
Special note:  I was a bit worried, as I have never employed a chimney sweep before, and a neighbor said that she needed to have a lot of work done.  Since it's a bit like taking your car into the shop (your flux capacitor is shot), the average Joe doesn't really know what's really needed in the dark recesses of our chimneys.  I was both relieved and very impressed with his explanation that my chimney was in fact in "very good" shape, no special or significant repairs were needed, and it was not very dirty at all (pellets produce low ash, he explained).  The crown is a bit worn re the masonry, and he showed my a picture and explained what a new crown would do to prevent rain water from seeping into the bricks.  I never felt any pressure, and everything was explained thoroughly.
All in all, outstanding service from a company I trust, and I will definitely be a return customer.  Joe (the average Joe I mentioned earlier)!

"Mel was very responsive, provided an estimate very quickly and was able to schedule the job within two days of being contacted. The crew did an excellent job, showing a lot of responsiveness to our concerns and needs. The company even offered to change the bulbs I had asked them to install for free, when I realized they were not the right color. Overall, excellent company. We will be hiring Mel again in the future. Pricing was very competitive."
