"The service technician arrived on time, however he did not come to the front door.  He went into the back yard and knocked on the patio door.  He was very quiet and not very responsive to my questions.  He did not provide an estimate while he was on-site, he sent it three days later via email.  I also had him look at an area that leaks during the winter months.  He told me he would have to talk to his supervisor and he would get back to me.  I recieved an email approximately 1 week later, the estimate was not specific and the cost for the repair was quoted as a starting price, because they were unsure why the leak occurs. <br />"

"The sales process was very thorough and professional. Communication of the job process was very helpful to prepare us how the process would work. Installation crew was very efficient and clean. Since we installed in winter, were worried about the elements getting in, but the crew put up a plastic barrier that allowed the house to retain it's heat and keep it clean. Overall process took about 4 hours, so pretty quick. Didn't find one scrap in the yard to know they were even there. The painter came a few days later and matched the current trim perfectly and the door ended up looking amazing. We love it and thought Callen was very professional and good. They are pricey compared to other, but the patio door we feel was superior to others and nicely insulates out house. <br />"
