"My roof was started leaking after the snow wad mounted, I called him on Friday and he came out Saturday and identified the problem then today (02/21) he and his crew came out to my house. They tore up the old roof, they reconstructed a portion in the front of my house and then they put a whole new roof. "<p>I would not use them again, but that's probably my own fault, because I don't know if I would ever be satisfied with a gutter cleaning. They did exactly what they said they would do. The only thing is I think I rated them a B because they left behind a bag of garbage hanging off my roof and other then that they did everything they were asked for, the problem is we are actually surrounded by Maple trees and it's impossible to keep gutters clean. Their professionalism was okay, and I appreciated that he came back to our house and gave us information about gutter guards and about how gutter guards can help keep your gutters clean especially in the area where we are, and I appreciated he spent the time to go out and come back with brochures so I raise him higher for that. But I won't use his service again because I'm going to install the gutter guards myself. They come out when they say they will come out and they do the job they say will do. </p>"
