"Outstanding work!  I plan to hire them again for my next project.  The owner, Rick responded promptly to my call and was very professional and efficient. He provided a detailed list of what was to be included in the job.  The crew of five men arrived on time, moved furniture out of the way, prepped the area carefully and cleaned up completely at the end of each day. 
Although it wasn't included in the contract, the crew did some additional touch up painting of some doors & baseboards"since we already have the trim paint open."  I had also asked if I could use their ladder to clean and change lightbulbs in the hard to reach chandelier;  I came home and found that they did it for me.  I expected that with the additional work done that they might add on to the bill, but they didn't.  Instead I was more than happy to give the crew a good tip.  
Very pleased with the end result as well as the 3 days of having this professional team in our home.

"My husband a I recently bought our first home in the summer of 2018. The first improvement on the list was to repaint. All the walls throughout the house and the master bedroom baseboards were painted a very unpleasant brown. Being someone who grew up around construction and worked for a remodeling company I have a good eye for quality work. Custom Applications Painting exceeded my expectations. Our initial consultation was wonderful, they understood my vision, preferences and helped narrow down my color choices. "They did a good job. Tom, the owner, came out, listened to what I wanted and gave me a bid. Talked to others but picked him because he could start the soonest and had a really good price. The paint crew showed up when expected, did a good job of removing dry rot and repairing or replacing boards that needed it. Also scraped off the blisters and any peeling paint they found. Also had them paint the front door. Four day job because it was too hot to work in the afternoon. A day or so after they finished I found a small area of dry rot they missed and another small issue. Called Tom and he had one of the original crew out the next day to take care of it. One thing, Tom just gave me a verbal bid. Didn't actually do the contract until they finished but his word was good. No games."

The crew came out a few days before painting to pressure wash our house. They returned and started taping and preparing for paint. They completed all necessary small repairs to the house prior to paint. We gave them the paint colors and they went and bought the paint for us. They extended the deal they received on the paint to us. They completed all the work per agreement. They did a great job and they were very pleasant to work with. We had no troubles at all. They are very busy people so the communication wasn't always on time, but; when it came down to it they did what they said they would do and our house looks like a brand new house! We are very happy with the work they performed. Thanks

"Jim at first suggested complete refinishing and a reasonable price but then offered that he might be able to restore the finish where needed to match original. We agreed to test this approach with the idea that we would go full refinish if the results were not good enough. Jim scheduled a time to begin. The results were stunning. Not only did he match the original stain and restore the finish to match. He did it in four days (needing some time for finishes to dry as he progressed). Jim is a miracle worker. I was afraid that we might be reduced to painting the cabinets and living with patchy finishes. Instead it is like there was never damage."
