"I contacted with Walter's Home Improvement to install an under-deck rain removal system.  My deck has additional supporting structures which complicated the job.  Several contractors had recommended against installing a rain removal or diverter system due to my unique deck design.   Walter looked over the work and immediately recognized the difficulty involved.  After some careful study, he suggested a solution which made sense, and I agreed with his proposal.  He engineered the system and supervised its construction.  After testing, he made additional modifications that improved the overall performance of the system.  The finished product is attractive, brighten up the area under the deck and is fully functional.  Although not a perfect solution, the area

Both Jon Unger and his partner where respectful, listened to all I had to say, and spent time explaining what needed to be done. They were extremely thorough on examining my roof, attic, chimney, gutters. There was NO high pressure from them. The appraisal was within my thoughts of the cost. Once the job was completed, I was totally delighted. Bachman is team was right on time, they all were respectful, took care of protecting the house and yard from debris. They worked well as a team, I was showed pictures of my roof where plywood was need to be replaced. The entire roof and cleanup was done by 4 pm. I have not found any debris, nails, garbagw , etc. All the lights were replaced to there original spots! Perfect job! Perfect team! Perfect roofing company!! "The install crew left staples, roofing nails, and razor blades in my driveway after they left which I had to clean up. The bin or dumpster placed in my driveway had the asphalt scrapped due to one roller not turning freely when picked up after the roof installed. I was hardly able to communicate with the install crew because they barely spoke English. I noticed my leaf filter screen was damaged in two places after they were there. They sent the crew back and I showed them the damage. The crew chief said he would tell his boss but no one ever got back to me. Also, I called the salesman and he never made an effort to get the damage resolved. I also told them to look at the skylights in my sunroom. The crew chief said he caulked around the skylights but when it rained last they were still leaking. I have two pans on the floor in the sunroom to catch any water that drips down."
