"Living in a townhome, we had a specific type of roof that was needed. They were able to provide that specific shingle. We understood what was needed to be done. There was a lack of communication between the supervisor of the job site and us. Weather delayed them arriving, but there was no phone call to tell us that. We needed to call to find out when they were going to come out and replace our roof. We understood but would have liked them to reach out to us instead of us calling after them. The first part of the crew arrived around 7 am, but they had to wait for the rest of the crew, which did not arrive until around 9 am. They backed up to the front door that we were not able to open our door. The crew put tarps down in the front and the back of the house to catch the old roof. The crew was not as cautious with how they threw down materials. Some landed on our neighbors decks. Our one neighbor told us that they had to move it because it almost hit her screen in her sliding glass door and tore the screen. They did have the roof replaced in one day and picked up after themselves. They did go to both our neighbors and picked up the materials they threw down. Overall they are a good company, and I would recommend them."
