"Very poor customer service and follow through after they get paid.  They did the whole bid process over the phone and email and never once came to our property.  This made me nervous, but they came highly recommended.  When I questioned this, I was told not to worry they do most of their bids by email when the gate is preexisting and our job was ?pretty straight forward? and I could count on them to take care of their customers.  <br /> NOT TRUE!! "If Daniel isn't "Angi approved," he should be. Great workmanship. Good, fair pricing, Took care of the entire job, but also offered ways I could do some of the work and save a dollar or two. He installed 80' of cedar fencing and another 250' of wire fencing. When I wanted to add three more panels months later, he showed up when he said he would and knocked it out of the park. Can't say enough good things about his service and craftsmanship."

"It took a while to confirm what the gate would look like, and agree on exactly what we wanted. It was a big project and we wanted to make sure that we were clear about what we were agreeing on. Once we did that, we were scheduled for the work. The 2 men who did the work were really great. They were very skilled, offered great suggestions, and were always pleasant. They seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. They were on the job early and worked steadily until finished. This was a big ticket item for us, but we got a lot for it. West-Meyer was patient with us as we made our decisions. They are very busy, so we tried to be patient in return. The end result is our existing wooden fence is sturdy, and the metal gates, fence and driveway gate are beautiful. It is getting harder to find good, honest, skilled workman in Portland as everyone is so busy. I am pleased that we found West-Meyer."

"Randy came over to my house that I had just purchased. I needed a couple of things repaired, such as the electrical outlet on the back porch and the lights on the front of my garage. Randy put in a new electrical box on my back porch. He said one of the bulbs had burned out and the fixtures weren't wired well so they shold be replaced, but I could keep putting new bulbs in, knowing they would burn out quickly, if I wanted to, or if I bought new fixtures, he could install them for me. Also, I asked him to look at a light switch because it was clicking when I turned it on and that seemed a bad. He said it was just tight, and he could replace it for me, but there was no need to have it replaced."
