"I called drainage masters on the recommendation of a friend, as my front downspout appeared to be clogged, but there was nothing in it. DM came out and determined that the dry well (under concrete) was full of gunk. They suggested a new system that would put a new dry well in the front yard, and the problem one did not meet code and was too close to the house. The also said they would try to clear out the one in the back of the house. I was due to be out of town when the work was scheduled and they said that was fine. I was a little worried about it though- I put out a note for the crew that they could and should call me with any questions at all. On the day of the work, I did receive a call from the crew, informing me what was going on, and with some questions of how to proceed with the well in the back. I got home, and everything was ship shape. I did find a couple of items they left behind, I called and they were out to pick it up the next day. I'm really pleased with the work, and after three inches of rain last weekend, they all worked great. I would hire them again."

"While my overall experience was good, this is a mixed review.  This is b/c the work was done well, the technician was great, and the price was fair.  However, the scheduling and communication with the office was not up to par.  I'll try to explain.  I called the office last Friday to set up an appointment and was told they would need to call me back Monday to set up a time.  I told them I'm not always home, and would need to be given at least an appointment window (since they told me I needed to be present for the work).  By Wednesday morning, no one had called me back.  I figured they were never going to call, since mine was such a small job, and would only be $88 for them.  I get this, but was still perturbed that they didn't call.  I was planning to have to hire another company, but to my surprise, on Wednesday afternoon, they just showed up.  I had just arrived home a few minutes earlier when I saw their truck pull up.  Since I did want the work done, I said go ahead.  The work was done well and the tech was polite, professional, and knowledgeable--no complaints there.  Also, the price was $88, just as they'd quoted, which I was happy with.  To be clear, the work gets an "A" rating.  I just wish the communication had been better and that they'd actually called me and made an appointment.  It was very lucky that I happened to be home when they showed up.  Overall, I would probably hire again.  Maybe this was some one-time miscommunication?  A fluke?  But, the next time I need the catch basin pumped out, if they just show up again w/o calling to schedule an appointment, I'll have to hire someone else."

"Jim was <strong>BY FAR</strong> the very best provider we have had work for us.  He came when he said he would.  Worked hard the entire time.  Was very friendly and helpful in explaining why we have the problems we do.  We have two sewer pipes that connect under our basement.  He thoroughly cleaned all. Talked us through preventative measures we could take to lessen re-occurring issues. Thoroughly checked our line and found no problems with it.  Talked to us about options if we ever need to replace the line. We have had other companies come to our home in the past  and always felt like they were trying to sell a product rather than help us.That was not the case with Jim.  He helped us problem solve and left us feeling  much less troubled by our old house sewer.  If and when we need help in the future, we will most definitely call him again.  Highly recommend using  his services.  <br />"

"These guys are the best. I was having a septic emergency, they moved their people around so that I could get same day service. When it became apparent that the job was going to be bigger than anticipated, they were very upfront with me about it. At one point there were four guys at working on my system because they were determined to get it working same day. All very professional and did a great job. Answered all of my questions and explained what was going on and why they were doing everything they did. All said and done, they improved the way my system is put together and made it easier to work on in the future which will inevitably, save me money. These guys have earned all my future business. Money well spent and to be honest while we going over the bill, they could have easily charged me more. These guys are the best. They advised me on upgrades that would have prevented this issue from happening again and were all around the best crew I have had work any part of my house and there have been several different crews for various projects."
