He was able to complete my roof for a very reasonable price actually lower than a lot of competitors in the area. Ramon's company is locally based in Scappoose Oregon and he uses local folks for his Services. I love and appreciate that he uses folks from the area as well as products from the area like Malarkey Roofing which is manufactured right here in Oregon. His crew was able to do a complete tear off and install of my roof in one day! With only some final touch-ups needed the next day because it simply became too dark for them to see and be safe. I was having a couple days where my brain wasn't obviously working quite right and he was ever so patient with me regarding the quote that he had given me that was VERY clearly written in black and white yet I misread it. I had a myriad of odd questions and never once did Ramon not give me his full attention to answer questions in person, text, phone or email. His crew also did power washing for me as well as gutter services and I could not be more pleased his company truly embodies the quote-unquote spruce up factor and while it's not listed on their services it should be because his company does actual full roof installation. "Giron Roofing did an excellent job replacing our 25-year-old cedar shake roof. They did a complete tear-off, added plywood sheathing, and Malarkey Windsor roofing. We have a large, very steep roof, but the project went very smoothly and was completed in just one week. The tear-off was quite messy, as would be expected, but the crew did a great job cleaning up. They even ran a magnet around the house to catch any nails or staples, which is very important for a family with young children and pets. The Malarkey roofing product is beautiful. After reviewing the products listed in our HOA requirements we found that the Malarkey Windsor was equal to or better, but had a superior warranty. Additionally, Giron is an Emerald Premium contractor for Malarkey, which adds peace of mind, knowing that they have installed the product to the manufacturer's requirements and standards. "I received a quick response from Clear Vision late fall in regards to replacing my roof. At that time they were booking 8-12 weeks out with my job expected to begin end of March or early April. I received a call early February and due to a winter that had been dryer than normal to this point they were able to start mid February. The materials were delivered on Valentines Day and they began the next day. The total time to tear off and replace my roof was a day and a half. Workers were very professional and prompt and their maintenance during and clean up after the job were extremely well orchestrated."

"Carlos couldn't have been better.  The roof is very steep and not visible from the ground.  We haven't had anything done to it in its 9 year life so we wanted the roof inspected and appropriate repairs made.  Carlos gave me a call when he was on the way.  He checked the roof and found no problems, but did give me some information about roof treatments (they don't do spray treatments.)  He also checked the gutters (they also do gutter cleaning) at my request, but the foam inserts were fine and nothing needed to be done.  AND he refused payment for his time as he considered this to be an estimate.  We will definitely us Roof Rx when we do have a roof or gutter problem!
