"I needed to replace the roofing from my home because it’s been 30 years. They came in and gave an estimate the next day. They worked with me on price and advised me on what shingles were better and prices. They arrived on time and finished pretty fast. They got the job done."

"I had my roof replaced. We had cedar shake and they found out I didn't have any plywood. We were having a lot of leaks and i am grateful for their service and quality of work."

"They communicate well and have excellent follow-through."

"Andrew came and was nervous at first to get up on the steep roof at first. He how ever didn't give up and was up and down the roof multiple times replacing screws approx 250. He also removed a few branches on a tree that were touching the roof. He spent most of the morning working for us. I will recommend them and would and expect to hire them again."

"Empire Roofing returned my call promptly and was out to access the repair within days, while I was still waiting on other roofers to return my call. Once he gave me a quote on the job and I gave them clearance to do the work it was also done in days. This was a small job that I had trouble getting other roofers to even call me back. I am super happy with the job."

"Jesse is polite and professional. He came to house, inspected the roof thoroughly and explained the issues in detail to me. His price is reasonable and he is honest to recommend that I always should check maybe few roofers and get best offer and ideas of the roof issues. I would definitely recommend Quality Barrier to my friends."

"They were unable to perform the work but were very nice and gave me the information I needed to ultimately get it scheduled"

"Although it didn't go so well for me, I still think it is a pretty good company, since they stood behind it in the end. First, the technician came out to do the "tune-up". He did an overall check and repair of the roof , paying particular attention to the area where I had recently had a leak. He told me that the roof needed more repairs than the time for the "deal" allowed. We agreed that he would come back and for $300 he would do additional repairs (re-adjusting /replacing tiles, gluing back broken corners of tiles, etc.) After the second visit he assured me that I was ready for the rain. After the first rain, my ceiling collapsed from a leak in the same place that it had leaked before! I called them immediately, but they could not schedule an appointment for less than a week ahead. Since I had a repairman in to fix the ceiling right away, I wanted them to come while the ceiling was open in order to get a better idea of what the roof problem was. Anyway, that didn't happen. The ceiling was fixed, and finally, the next week the Roof Rx technician came out. They did try to postpone that visit, but since there was rain in the forecast for the next day, I had to insist that they keep the appointment. From there, things went better. Technician Robert W. was determined to address the issue, and from photos I had taken while the ceiling was open, he seemed to have a good idea of the problem. He spent a good deal of time on my roof that day, and I appreciated his attentiveness to my problem. He also took time to explain some roof maintenance tips that I also appreciated. The rains came for the next few days, with strong winds, and there is no sign of any leaks! Whew! Although it is not their policy to cover the cost of the resulting ceiling repairs, Supervisor Joel offered to refund the $300 from the second visit, which I consider fair. Even though things didn't go so well, I do believe I would call on this company again. (Also, the technician that did my initial visits is no longer with the company)"
