If youâ re seeing this post I encourage you to save this number in your cellphone right now so that when something breaks in your house you have it. I called Mr Hood at 8am in a panic. I had to throw away everything in my refrigerator and freezer. He arranged to come to my house within 3 hours of my call. I sent him pictures of the Lg Refrigerator serial number and my address and he arrived prepared for the job. Within no time he had assessed the issue and informed me that it would be covered by warranty. There was no cost to me for his service. He replaced all the parts he needed to and within 2 hours he was done. Everything was fixed. He was professional, respectful and knowledgeable about his trade. "Thermo Direct installed a HVAC for me donated by Resources for Seniors. A friend of theirs who works at RFS, gave them the bid. I thought that was illegal but it was done. The unit never has worked from the day of installation. They had to jerry-rig it to keep it from shutting off. The receptionist asked if I knew how to work the thermostat? It turned out the unit was shutting off as a safety. The water was backflowing into the unit. To stop this action, it would shut down. They tilted it to stop the backlog. It has never cooled properly and required maintenance often. Deryk Lynn would come sometimes because he was at the time, the only licensed tech and everyone else worked under his license. I was charged for parts that were under warranty (the warranty is good for 10 years) and labor 1 year. My warranty on the parts doesn't expire until 2028. They're expensive, unprofessional and will not honor their word. I could go on but space won't allow."

What cold weather? 52 and 43 at night are not freezing temps; 69 and 67 daytime are not freezing temps. So you reschedule appointments four days in advance with no actual justification or confirmation the day of of what you think might happen?
