That on its own was understandable, but he also left a trail of leaf bits throughout the house where he worked (three bathrooms and the paths to each). When he started the job he wore booties in the house, but clearly he gave up on them at some point during his efforts to shut off the water and, as a result, made a mess of our carpets and bath mats the likes of which no other Angi-recommended service provider has in all our years using Angi.
