He did not have any business cars to give the customer. He came in, that does not cover his feet. He does not have anything professional about him. He don't have any tools to repair anything. He charged me $45 with no intention of repairing anything through my house. Why are you coming in people's houses and disrespect their carpet in the cleanliness of their house, don't you supposed to put on some shoe covers or something? Why do you leave me with a broken air condition for 6 days? "
