"We had our siding and gutters replaced to include gutter guards as we have leaf season rather than fall. From start to finish this was the easiest renovation we've ever had done. We never had to make a phone call for any updates. The siding crew and gutter crew were awesome! They all worked hard and were very friendly and informative. The siding was completely finished in two days and the gutters in one. The project manager Jahleel was great with updates and checking on the crew's work. Super nice person!! We would enthusiastically recommend Home Genius for any exterior renovations."

"Was fighting with a company trying to get more money out of my insurance to go over board with the repairs to my siding. High Rise came in and got the job done within 2 weeks after a year of back and forth with an other company. Would hire them again in a heartbeat. Great guys very friendly and made sure I was informed as to anything happening on the project. A++ in my book."

"We recently had our windows, doors and siding replaced with Home Genus. From the start (Sales), to the finished product (installation) our experience was phenomenal. Our project manager, AJ Smith, was professional and knowledgeable addressing all questions swiftly. He worked hand and hand with the installation crew manager, Alex, both willing to discuss any concerns and a few after sale changes. The crew was professional and efficient in their trade. We did our due diligence prior to selecting Home Genus and felt pricing was competitive. My husband and I felt valued as customers and would recommend this company to friends and family."

"I want to thank Jacob Tryon for selling me my Provia windows and sliding glass door. I want to thank the crew that installed them: Lorenzo, Ernesto, Pablo, Jonathan and Edgar. The crew removed and replaced 9 windows and a sliding glass door in 1 day! I also want to thank the 2 gentlemen that came and replaced the stucco, painting and replacing of my bars on my home. All the way through the whole process I was pleased with the professionalism. Everyone answered all my questions along the way. My Provia windows have more features then I knew. I absolutly LOVE them! I would recommend Flawless Solutions to anyone. I have already talked to some of my neighbors that asked about my new windows and my family."

"I wanted to receive quotes for a siding project from several companies and debella debt out Blake & Brady for the initial quote. They were very friendly and professional and unlike other companies respected the fact I wanted to do this in February. They were very supportive and didn't try to pressure a same day sale. The actually spent over 5 hours at my home going over all the details and answering my questions. The found the right serv6fir me within my budget so I signed up now for them to start in February. They are one of only 2 actual certified james hardie color plus installers in idaho in I feel confident they will do a fantastic job."

"I first met Darryl a year and a half ago after I found the company here on Angie's List. From the moment we met the professionalism was top notch. We were relatively new to our home but the home was built in 1988 and was in desperate need of new windows. Unfortunately at that time we could not secure the funds needed and let Darryl know that we would have to wait. There was NEVER any pressure. I requested that he remain in touch with us and we would have the windows done when funds were available. Darryl agreed and would reach out to me every 4-6 months. He was never pushy, always professional. Finally, in March of this year we had the funds to move forward. The contract was signed and our project moved from Darryl to Kelly, the installer. Kelly came to take exact measurements of each window and the very same professionalism was displayed in his interactions with me. He informed me that it would be 3-4 weeks before install due to the ordering and delivery of the windows. Fast forward 3 weeks. I reached out to Darryl for an update and he responded quickly. That response was followed up by an email from Dane to let me know that our windows had arrived and we arranged the install. Within 48 hours Kelly and his crew arrived at our home for the install. Kind, considerate, polite and PROFESSIONAL are just a few words that come to mind regarding how they interacted with each other and with me. Effective Communication: A vital component to any project Professionalism: One key to getting a good review Mutual Respect: Toward the client and each other Home Design Exteriors EXCELS in each of these areas no matter who you work with within the company. We will be using them in the future for the siding on our home. We highly recommend the company! Thank you to Darryl, Dane, Kelly, Shawn and George. Your work ethic is simply PHENOMENAL"

"Ron and his team did a fabulous job for us. We are very thrilled with the job, the expertise, the cleanliness and the professionalism with which this task was handled. Ron personally supervised and executed the task and took the time to explain things in detail both before starting as well as on completion of the job. We will definitely use them again and recommend them highly to anyone who needs tree trimming and pruning services."
