"Wayne was great, very professional and polite.  He was right on time and did a great job on the windows and screens.   Even did the fireplace glass, which wasn't part of the original estimate.  House is now that much brighter, I will definitely use him again.

"Excellent overall experience. Responded to my inquiry quickly, came out to my house the same and went above and beyond to clean my chimney and perform necessary repairs. I highly recommend Franco’s Fireplaces."

"The window for arrival time was 7am to 3 pm. That is too wide. Work okay. good cleanup."

"Cleaning was very well done."

"I liked the fact that they did the vent cleaning from the outside so I didn't have to worry about making space in the laundry room so they could get to the dryer. My only complaint is that it took them a while to get to me, even though I said I needed it done quickly. I had to call twice to get the job moved up, but I am happy with the work."
