"The customer service staff answering my questions prior to hiring and the staff who cleaned the air ducts were great! We chose San Diego Air Quality because of the pre-inspection in the attic they do, and that they utilize both a negative air-pressure system as well as the brush method. We were originally referred to another company by a friend as being the best best system because they use a heavy duty truck system. However we felt that the quote from them was unreasonable for what seemed like the same work being done. We had popcorn ceiling removed in July and didn't want to turn on the heat until the air-ducts were cleaned. San Diego Air Quality did a fantastic job. They skipped their break and came early due to the expected rain. They provided details of their pre-inspection. We appreciated them relating honestly how clean we keep the furnace so no additional cleaning was needed and showing us the cleaning that was done."

They performed the work well; however, there were communication challenges when we had to call back later to explain that there were issues with air quality after the cleaning.
