The paint has held up incredibly on the stucco walls and wood fascia and I have not even considered touch up painting if it was not for the replacement tile roof installed a short time ago. With the tile installation, the new trim rake tiles where installed exposing more wood than before and therefore, Joe's services were necessary again. As always, Joe met me at my home, walked the site with me and promptly sent to my email his proposal and as prior, the price was very reasonable, especially for the workmanship that Joe provides. Joe is hard working and honest and the quality of work provided is proven by the lasting of time. "Called on a the Wednesday to see if it was possible and he returned my call the following day.  I texted him photos of the holes that needed patching so that he could give me a quote. We were able to arrange an appointment for the following Monday.  He arrived promptly with his son and they got straight to work.  The wall looks great and once I have painted it won't show - very happy. He has a great eye for detail and makes sure that everything looks perfect.  I was really pleased with his work and the professionalism of the team.  I have already hired him to texture coat some walls and paint them in a small apartment as well.  
 The thing that people should know besides the fact that this company is professional and efficient is that they also do a lot more than just paint.  They can do exterior stucco, cabinetry, texturing of walls and painting and MUCH more!  I have a tight budget so I am doing things gradually, but I couldn't be happier with the results!!
