He is responsive, always returned my calls quickly and he does what he says he is going to do. Charlie came over to my house and met with me before installation, during the installation and after. "Bernal Construction was very reliable.  They always let me know their work schedule and they were on-site when they said they would be here.
These shade structures was made from large cross section wooden beams 5x8 and 7x12.  Other contractors were reluctant to bid on the project due to the weight of the beams.  Raul Bernal supervised the project and all beams received a primer paint coat and a final color coat before installation.  I was very happy with the end result
