"I called and explained that I found their name on Angie's list.  I went to their website and found a picture of the sales rep I was speaking with.  very courteous and polite, and a bit surprised when I told her I was looking at their website as a result of finding them on Angie's.  We had a nice chat, and she scheduled the service call the same day between 11AM and 1PM.  The serviceman Justin showed up about 11:30 and did a very thorough and professional job. Our complaint was that the doors were noisy and made a bumping sound when opened and closed.  Justin re-located the opener arm and adjusted the door to close firmly.  He greased the worm drive and lubricated the wheels.  Both doors are very quiet and we are HAPPY with the results.  Good company to work with. <br />"

"<strong>  I called for an estimate and they gave me a 2 hour time frame.  The technician was polite and professional but was 20 minutes late. ( after the end of the time frame)   I overlooked it and scheduled the repair.  The same thing happened on the day of the repair with no apologies.   It is a pet peeve of mine and it communicates to me that they think their time is more important than mine. You should be able to make it within a 2 hour time frame.    Time management guys!!  </strong> <br />"

"The shutter replacement went very well and everyone was very complementary about the new shutters. The laundry area door replacement ended up nice but I had/still have concerns. The source of the concern is that the original opening the old door hung in was not square. The installer ended up using a lot of filler to make it look right. So right now everything is great. I am a little concerned about the filled area over time."
