"Francisco and his team were so easy to work with and did an excellent job painting the outside of our house. From the first meeting, Francisco communicated great and was very professional in sending the quote, setting up the job, and following through until completion. His crew was always at the house early and worked hard over the course of 6 days to complete the job. We changed the color entirely and they made sure the paint covered the house completely with 3 coats. We were also having trouble with a front porch light and a crew member came out right away to double check everything was reinstalled correctly. I was super impressed with their promptness and focus on making sure the job got done well! We will absolutely hire them again and will recommend their services to friends and family. Originally, for an additional cost, I wanted him to return the next day to re-sand the surface and add an additional coat of sealer. He said that he would gladly take my money for it but it really didn't need it done. When have you heard of a contractor turning down an extra? Honest guy. Hire him."

"I did not have work done by Perkins Custom Coatings. This review is based off a phone call I had with Paul. I called Paul to inquire about an epoxy coating for my garage floor. He asked a couple of questions and after he asked me about water and moisture regarding my concrete floor right away he educated me and then told me that he would not recommend doing the epoxy coating because it would fail. I have had other companies come out and they told me all I needed was a moisture coating or waterproofing coat on the concrete. Paul was completely honest and saved me money. He did make some great alternative solutions. I really appreciate his honestly and integrity. It is very hard to come by in the construction industry. Thank you Paul.
