After a couple of months the leak returned. Hired Degennaro plumbing who repaired the leak in less than an hour and charged me half of what the previous plumber charged. James Degennaro came to the house exactly on time, had all the necessary parts with him, and even showed me old parts that the previous plumber failed to replace which resulted in the leak returning. Overall a great experience and I would definitely hire him again based on his professional manner and obvious superior knowledge of plumbing problems."

Difference between expectation & reality is Bill Metzger Plumbing took the sting not only out of the call but the experience as well. "Anthony Fankhauser (Owner) is an exceedingly polite individual who provided detailed information on work to be accomplished. Unfortunately, the day my septic tank was being pumped coincided with a number of issues Anthony was experiencing on another job. For that reason, my task was delayed until after 6:00 PM. When Anthony arrived late in the evening to complete the work, he performed camera inspections and explained some minor issues. There was no indication of irritation or frustration due to the issues related to his other task.
