"This company is great! I had an appointment with a different plumbing company for this morning. I was given a time frame of 2 hours (8-10) to have toilet fixed. I waited, getting nervous as it approached 10 and had not heard a peep from the first plumber. A few minutes after 10 the first plumber called and wanted to reschedule. I was pretty upset. I started searching angieslist again and the first two plumbing companies said they wouldn't be able to get a plumber out today but recommended Plumbing Plus. I am glad they did. I called and was given a two hour time frame 3-5p for today. Awesome! At 223pm I received a text stating the tech's name Robert from Plumbing Plus was on his way along with details of Robert's experience as well as a pic and contact number...wow!...very impressed and very appreciative of such great customer service! "I called zoom without knowing anything about them, just taking a chance and boy did I luck out. The phone contact was superior as was the technician, Stanley and his helper. They went right to work clearing a Toilet stoppage and replaced a valve in my kitchen sink. There was no second trip, As everything that they needed was on their truck, which was really large. Stanley kept me in touch with me each step of the way and Iâ ve never had an experience like this with a plumbing company before,. I canâ t compliment this company and certainly recommend them to anyone who wants a A plumber Like no other and the price is very reasonable. What more could you want?"

"Sunday afternoon pipe started leaking from ceiling. Al was actually the only plumber who called us via the Home Advisor project request. We are fortunate he did. He spent a lot of time with us attempting to help us identify and get leak isolated should it be the fire sprinklers It was not, but we appreciated his guidance. He told us he would be over the next morning. He was able to pinpoint the leak and work from atop a ladder to get the bad section of pipe cut out and new piece welded. He was neat and prepped the area in the kitchen with drop clothes , covers etc. we had a trash can his helper used to catch any debris and water. It took about 2 1/2 hours and it was done Very happy with his work He’s old school and brings decades of experience with him. He also has a clear understanding of the varied pipe material used throughout the years. Helpful and gave us some important tips before leaving. Highly recommend Al"

"First we had a backup of our sewer into the kitchen sink. When they came out to clear the blockage, we found out that there was a break in our sewer line - an offset allowed the sewer to back up. Using a camera and other technology, they were able to locate the break - precisely - it was 9 feet below the surface. Working around the rain, the following people put their heart and sole into getting it fixed. Gabriel was in charge of the group - Frank ran the camera crew, Raul dug the hole down past the gas line, electric and water lines. Francisco and Martin did the power flush after the line was repaired. These guys worked IN THE RAIN to get the job completed in a timely manner. After RAUL dug below the service lines, a backhoe was used to complete the hole. I'm sorry, but I cannot remember the name of the operator of the backhoe. Again, superb work. As I'm sure you can tell - I am very pleased with this crew. Robert M. Irvin"

"I had two experiences with Carini. Kurt was the initial contact who came out and gave me a quote on several options to add on an A/C system to my existing furnace system. Then Anthony came out to do a furnace tune-up (using an Angie's List coupon). Then Tim and his crew came out to do the A/C install. All the experiences were professional and very well done. None of them tried to upsell me on useless things. They all gave good advice and explained things clearly. The A/C install uncovered a few surprises, naturally, like any older home. But they took care of it even if they had to spend extra time and perform extra services. They really went the extra mile without incurring new charges or inconvenience to the customer. I am very satisfied with their work quality, price, and customer service. Will definitely recommend to my friends and neighbors."
