"Dave was great! The best communication and transparency I've seen in a long time. Dave explained what he needed to do to install the dryer vent and got right to work...NO wasted time. He installed the vent and made sure it was working properly. The vent looks great! Dave is knowledgable, professional, and a nice person. He also stayed in touch, letting me know how soon he would arrive and when he was on his way. I really appreciated that. We will definitely call him the next time we need a handyman."

"Jesse installed my replacement garbage disposal at a fair price, and I'm completely satisfied with his work. When he was finished, I asked for an estimate for installation of some bedroom fans in the future."

Last minute calls always responding at any time of the day, communication amazing, reliable, professional always. Very fast, clean jobs and very good quality of work. Definitely has became my go to company and I will continue to use them. I recommend them 1000%. Thank you Saul & Team."

"After dealing with frequent roof repairs, we finally decided on a complete replacement for our Livermore home. Avi kept us informed every step of the way, and the finished roof exceeded our expectations. It's made a noticeable difference during hot summer days."

"SD Assembly Pros / Steve Lawrence is an exceptional contractor. We have several rental properties in the San Diego area that Steve has helped us with, and he just finished a full rehab on our 2bed / 2bath condo in Santee that was severely water damaged. This project included replacing the bath: tub; shower door; walls; ceiling; plumbing; and tile, and all the interior doors / casings, plus painting and various handyman services - the place has never looked this good! And Steve?s communication is absolutely the best, he talked us through the whole process, step-by-step, even suggesting design choices (which we readily accepted) and he regularly texted progress videos. This was particularly reassuring for us as we live in North Carolina. SD Assembly Pros / Steve Lawrence is the best."

"We are a Property Management company that has used Done Right Maintenance for several years and can't be more happy with their service and professionalism. We will continue to use them as we know that any job they perform for us will result in a professionally completed job."

"37 Legacy did an outstanding job on getting the floor inside my shed reinforced with stronger plywood. This has been a long time coming. Now I can put a small workout bench inside (along with padding of course) so I can work out at home vice go to Planet Fitness. Again, I recommend 37 Legacy for any handiwork needed!"
