The quartz countertops they installed look beautiful! Their craftsmanship is excellent, you can barely see any joints between the pieces. They did a tile backsplash also and it is flawless as well. I highly recommend this company for countertops and tile work."

" Hiring Bellagio Granite and Quartz for our remodel was a huge mistake. We needed floors, countertops, and shower tile done by May 18, 2025, for our move-in, but it was a disaster. After hours, we found my husband?s tools missing and beer cans everywhere?one made into a smoking pipe. We told Francisco, the manager, who shrugged it off. Tools were returned, but it set a bad tone. The shower was a mess: they mismeasured the wall, leaving a gap they hid with a flimsy tile strip. We found they used caulk, not thin-set mortar, which is wrong and risky. Their second try cracked a tile by cutting it dry (should be wet) and they asked if we?d use it. No way! By May 18, no shower. I had to babysit their third try?they skipped waterproofing and surface prep. I translated via phone to make them fix it. Done May 21, they demanded $500 extra on top of $12,000. We refused. Work was okay only because I watched them. Despite some good reviews, Bellagio was sloppy and unprofessional. Avoid them."

"We were looking to expand our house for years, with addition ADU. We had selected Geico Builders for their craftsmanship, selection of materials and the competitive pricing. Mila and Kevin worked with us to renovate our enclosed patio build a primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. It turned out amazing. We went through several revisions in the design, and they took care of the permits and paperwork with the city. My wife works from home, so they mindful in working around her availability. Overall, the project took about 14 months from when we found them due to permits taking a few months. it's hard living in a construction zone but the team went above and beyond to minimize the impact it had on our lives. They have a great team that is very attentive and responsive. Some of my parts are on back order and the team will be back to install the missing lights and shelves we bought as finishes. I will work with them again if I projects. Great professionals to trust your home."

"I can’t say enough good things about Wiseman’s Home Improvement. The primary bath was a complete gut and reconfiguration project. Co-owners Ryan and Phil employ a team of seasoned professionals that helped with every step of the way from design, material selection (thanks, Phil) and construction. Ryan kept the project on time and within budget which was much appreciated!! The project turned out so nice, we welcomed them back to do the guest bathroom a few months later. "CHI has done an excellent job for me and I recommend them without hesitation for any remodeling work. Here's why: My job started out with an entry door replacement, evolved into a pantry expansion, and finally finished with an entire kitchen countertop replacement. I was very pleased with how they worked, the materials they used, and the attention to detail in the workmanship. And they were very responsive, communicated well and frequently, and checked in regularly to make sure the job was getting done right and on time. Each of their craftsmen were highly skilled, knew what they were doing, and didn't cut any corners. And each one was friendly and courteous to boot! I very much appreciated their attention to protecting the rest of the house, and they cleaned up the jobsite every single day at the end of their work day. Remodels are disruptive, no matter what. I asked that he come to my home one more time to make sure we were clear on the work, and he said he'd let me know shortly when he could pass by. That was the last I ever heard from him. I take very seriously the importance of people, and potential vendors in particular, keeping their word. From what I've seen from other reviewers, this guy's inability to keep his word is a pattern that he has demonstrated time and again."
