"Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. Jeff scheduled the water mitigation process to begin first thing Monday morning. We are especially grateful for the kindness these 2 professionals showed us in our time of need."

"On 6/12/2015, I paid Timos $6577.00 to install a new HVAC system at my rental property.
On 12/26/15, my tenant called Timos to report that the heater wasn't working. Of course, the tenant doesn't pay these bills, I do. Timo's never called me to obtain my authorization, or to report that they would charge for the visit at any time before making the service call.
On 12/26/15, A Timos technician (apparently not a licensed electrician) went to my rental property, at the request of my tenant, without informing me of the visit. All he did was flip a breaker back on, and, despite the fact that he was not a licensed electrician, advised my tenant that I needed a new electrical sub panel in the garage.
Turning the breaker back on was an activity that could have been performed by giving my tenant instructions to do so by phone. Nevertheless, Timo's invoiced me $119.00 for this visit that I never authorized.
Subsequently, I hired a licensed electrician (notTimos), who tightened connections on the panel, and repaired another connection for the grand total of $76.50. Notice that the cost of this invoice, for corrective services rendered by an actual, licensed electrician, was less than Timos' invoice of $119.00, for no service and bad advice.
I have filed a complaint with the state contractors licensing board about this. Careful with these guys.
