"Dealing with George & Hughie from Sunguard during the whole process was incredibly easy. The quote was reasonable and I felt that I had that hands on service of dealing with a family owned company. The painting team led by Jose did an excellent job. All paving, lights, windows etc were well covered leaving no mess. They were quick with the whole process only taking 4 days particularly since we have quite a large house and perimeter walls. I was especially impressed with the stucco repair which was considerably better than the company I used 5 years ago. I would not hesitate to recommend Sunguard and will use them again myself."

"I had a small roof leak. I got a few estimates, Excaliber was the lowest although they had a disclaimer that the bill could be higher if they found wood rot. They did find a small amount and there was a small extra charge but I think it was fair. I would definitely use them again after some bad past experiences with roofers, it's nice to find an honest and professional company."

"not that great. basically paid $99 to get an estimate. included cleaning roof and minimal repairs. took a while to get appointment, and then when they came, they didn't even do the work! gave a really big estimate and then re-seheduled to have someone else do the work. they wouldn't totally replace the roof, gave different estimates to repair, I went with a different company to do a full roof rplacement."

One painter told us that he has been with Foothill for eleven years. The estimate was detailed and professional. They not only painted...
