I contacted them through their website about 10AM describing my problem and they responded with a quote and two options in about 30 minutes. I opted for the upgraded unit and by 12:30 the same day the technician arrived to install a new water heater. The installation took about 2 1/2 hours and the workmanship is excellent. I am a very satisfied customer and would use them again. The one day service was a big plus."

"The Water Heater Company, â The Company With A Heartâ My 100 gallon hot water heater broke on Sunday evening. I immediately got on line and started looking. The first thing I saw was The Water Heater Company 24/7. I called and got a representative, after verbalizing the specifics of my issues, she promptly set up an appointment the next day from 3 to 4 on Monday. I was under the assumption that I needed a new unit and I needed it the next day. I only had Monday to rectify this issue. Tuesday morning an ill loved one was coming to be cared for all of November. The Representative stated that she would have her tech person contact me the next morning. I was worried. I had one day to acquire a 100 gallon Water Heater and have it installed, an unrealistic timeframe. While pondering my dilemma , I started thinking maybe a tankless water heater would work to replace the 100, gallon tank. I dialed the number back and got Anthony. He knew who I was and my issue and immediately gave me a very concise answer to why that wouldnâ t work. He then ask me a few questions regarding the problem. He stated that his company could probably repair the issue the next day. He had looked up the specs for my existing heater. The only issue was that the part for the repair was in another part of California. I relayed my timeframe regarding my Ill loved one. He stated that he would have the part couriered and they would be at my home at 1 the next day. They were prompt and efficient. I have never had a company take my issues into consideration and seamlessly rectify my issue with such compassion and professionalism."

I want to comment that this job was in a second floor condominium with very steep stairs and no elevator. To those who wonder how a very heavy 50 gallon water heater is naviga!ted down those stairs without scarring the newly painted walls, l can only say they managed perfectly. No dings anywhere. I sent him pictures and we talked about what he needed to do, the cost and when he could come and install. I was worried about the cost and wanted to see if others would contact me (I sent emails to many) He said that was fine which I appreciated. After talking to him a bit longer and him saying he could come and install the next day I went ahead and hired him. He was so nice! Prompt and professional. He owns his own business and I felt good about using a small business and supporting local businesses where you the customer is his priority and not just a job or a ticket number as some of the big business treat you. Late Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday I started getting responses back from others, some were way expensive some were the same 1 was lower but his reviews were not that great.
