He could have simply agreed with the other contractor and racked up more business for himself if he had wanted to do so; instead he didn’t charge me a cent for his time and effort although I would have been very happy to pay for the peace of mind he gave me. In fact, during a communication error (on our part, not theirs) the owner called to reach out to us. We were very pleased with their communication and service.
