"This company is great! I had an appointment with a different plumbing company for this morning. I was given a time frame of 2 hours (8-10) to have toilet fixed. I waited, getting nervous as it approached 10 and had not heard a peep from the first plumber. A few minutes after 10 the first plumber called and wanted to reschedule. I was pretty upset. I started searching angieslist again and the first two plumbing companies said they wouldn't be able to get a plumber out today but recommended Plumbing Plus. I am glad they did. I called and was given a two hour time frame 3-5p for today. Awesome! At 223pm I received a text stating the tech's name Robert from Plumbing Plus was on his way along with details of Robert's experience as well as a pic and contact number...wow!...very impressed and very appreciative of such great customer service! Robert is professional and courteous. He arrived before 3 and took very little time to get the job completed. I recommend Plumbing Plus and will definitely have them return to fix any plumbing."

"ARS - Alonso was upbeat and worked quickly. He also beat the arrival time of all of the other services I had called. Meanwhile I did several hours digging to uncover enough of the damaged area of the water main to perform the repair. He did say that it helped a lot that I had uncovered the damage otherwise it could have cost 4x as much. The only negative of his repair is that even though I pointed out the hole as accumulated more mud since I had dug it, he started cutting the pipe before bailing it out - so some mud got into the main and affected valves in the house for a few days."

"The tech was professional and arrived on time.  The general routine cleaning went fine.  However, the troubleshooting did not resolve the issue. He did notice the unit leaning a bit and straightened it out, but a couple of months later during another hot spell the unit was leaking again.  I called them and they sent the field manager who cut and replaced a very crooked condensate line and it appeared all was resolved.  Fast forward 10 months of rare usage: after 3 days in a hot spell - the leak reappeared.  I shut off the a/c and waited for a good 5 months before calling a different plumber who blasted out the main condensate and the secondary line, and tested it by running a gallon of water through the line.  I don't believe the line was sufficiently cleared if at all, the first two visits with Carini. This seems like a pretty routine issue with condensate lines so I'm disappointed that it would have been either overlooked or insufficiently cleared out.
