"Wow...Wow...Wow! We have a GE Profile Washer and Dryer. The washer stopped spinning. We have always relied on GE for the few issues we have had with this set since purchased in 2009. They are expensive and can take a while to get an appointment so after making an appointment that would have been on Dec. 9, we decided to look elsewhere as we didn't want to wait that long. Found Action Appliance via Yelp and Google reviews. With such outstanding reviews and testimonials we gave them a call. It happened to be on Saturday morning and they were closed. We left a message and received a call back first thing Monday morning and lo and behold had an appointment the next afternoon between 3 and 5. Mark Jr arrived a little after 3pm. He was friendly, respectful and set right to work. He found nothing immediately and performed a factory reset. Tested the machine through a complete short cycle and it was performing exactly as we hoped and expected. Mark also gave us some tips on using both our washer and dryer and suggest a couple of self maintenance items we could do ourselves. He also troubleshot a small problem with our dryer and didn't encourage us to have a costly repair that may never present a real problem. (A partially broken hinge on the dryer door.) Everything was working just fine when he was done and for only $10 more than just the GE service call would have been. They also will apply the cost of the call and repair should we find the problem is not fully resolved during the next thirty days. Peace of mind! A great family owned and operated business. "Amazing. Bob completed the job at less cost than his estimate and that included a second task that was not even in the estimate. The job required cutting a hole in drywall that had wallpaper on it and Bob was able to drill holes in the studs behind the drywall and pass wires through the holes thereby leaving the drywall looking great. He has a great knack for figuring out innovative solutions to your problems that minimize cost while making the results look great. I will continue to use him. He is very honest."
