"Key Prime was one of four estimates I received. The owner showed up on time, did a thorough assessment and gave me a detailed estimate for several different shingle products. The price was fair so I hired them and they were ready to put me on their schedule in early Spring. The work was started on time despite dealing with some late Spring snow. The roofing crew was respectful of my property and showed up as promised each day. After installing the roof, the property was swept thoroughly for nails and leftover roofing materials. Communication was absolutely great and emails and phone calls were promptly answered and after the whole thing was complete I was sent a parcel which included a small notebook with the final documents and included a receipt, lien release, Limited Lifetime Warranty Form and copy of the original contract. This was one of the better contractor experiences I have had and I would highly recommend this company if you need a new roof."

"The entire roof was done in one day. I was satisfied with the workmanship. Except for the flashing around the chimney - which was subsequently redone w/o any hassle. The gutter covers (LEAFPROOF brand) were installed after the roof. I should have had these installed years ago - no more cleaning out the gutters. "This is the second time we hired J & B Roofing to work on our house. We had 35 year old deteriorated Masonite lap siding. The old siding was removed, a layer of insulation was installed, along with Tyvek House Wrap under the new siding. J & B Roofing supplied many color samples for us to select from. Our house has brick on the lower 1/3 of the front. We had J & B Roofing install vinyl siding that has the appearance of hand split shakes above the bricks to the soffit. We installed vinyl dutch lap siding on the sides and back of the house. The gable ends of the house & garage had the dutch lap installed at the same angle as the roof line. Ever challenge we presented to J & B Roofing was met with the response, "WE CAN DO IT". When the job was completed, once again the entire area was cleaned up of all debris. Whenever we need any repairs, they will be our first call to see if what we need done, they are able to do. We are very satisfied with them and highly recommend their services."
