I called their office and the receptionist promised to squeeze me in given the circumstances. They sent two young men out to review the sprinklers and they both were unsure of the issue, so the owner, Bruce, came to look personally. I explained my situation where I needed to leave on a trip and would be gone for quite some time, he understood and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Furthermore, he checked on my sprinklers while I was gone to reassure that they were working properly. This quick response and reassurance was incredible and I cannot recommend this company enough! Beyond the exceptional customer service, the prices have always been reasonable. I would not use any other company."

"I had an old water heater (was in the house when I moved in about 20 years ago) and it started to leak. After shutting off the water to the water heater, I did a little Angie's List research to find a company to do the replacement. I called a couple and decided to use Randy Lane, based on cost and my interaction with them, which I felt was cordial and helpful, and made an appointment.
The service person arrived on time on the day of the appointment and went to work. He disconnected the old heater and hauled it out. The new heater was brought in and he did the needed plumbing work to connect the water and also made the natural gas connections. He fired up the unit and briefed me on the new unit - how to turn-off the water and gas, if needed, temperature, etc.
The area was left in the same condition as when he arrived.

I spoke with Joy Beckman in their offices through email, she very nice and easy to work with. Scheduling also wasn't going to work.
