"The Smart Choice Painting crew applied solid stain to my two decks in two colors: off-white ( 3 coats) and brown (2 coats). The crew was careful and worked continuously to complete the job in very warm weather. A third coat was necessary to for the light stain over a dark stain, a service provided at the original quoted price, which I considered quite reasonable. The owner of Smart Choice, Isaias Mejia, was very professional in our dealings both for this job and a similar stain application four years ago. The newly stained two-deck looks very good; both the contractor and I have taken many pictures. Smart Choice also power washed the siding on my house. He promptly responded to initial inquiry, came to house by next day, gave honest assessment of work to be done, made good recommendations, and gave reasonable estimates of time and costs. Because of work done, the deck is actually more secure and looks better than when it was originally built.
