"<p>Before re-roofing They covered my flower beds and ground around the house, brought in a dumpster/truck and then  stripped off my roof shingles. They then cut out the roof and installed 2 new Velux Roof Windows (with installation kits, screens etc.), and shingled my vacation home using water/ice barriers, soffit vents and roof vents.  I specified IKO  architectural roof shingles. The job required releasing and reestablishing the supports for my chimney and vent pipe   </p> <p>They also protected my upstairs from dirt and dust, covering all furniture and vacuuming at the end of the job. </p> <p>The job went very well: on time, on estimate and schedule. The yard and flower beds were completely free from shingle waste or pulled nails. </p> <p>Some of the protection and clean up details were specified in the contract, but Troy's crews clean up the jobsite as a general rule.</p> <p>Now, several months later after weekly rain storms, one dumping 5-inches of rain in one night, I am completely confident that the skylights  are completely weather tight. "The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. Well, we have  had A & C Odd Jobs do work for our condo association for several years. We have always been very satisfied with the quality of their work, and we think that their prices are very reasonable. They have cleaned our gutters a number of times, and they do a very thorough job. Twice, we have had them deliver and lay mulch around our building; we have been happy with the results. They also reset some lampposts that were sagging, and they have been standing tall ever since. They aim to please and always check to make sure we are satisfied with the job they have done; that’s important to us."

"We cannot thank Chris and Kelly enough for the repair work on our metal roof. Kelly responds promptly to calls and keep in touch regularly during the process. They are both knowledgable, professional, and care about their customers. They clean up work area after they are done. A company in the past was supposed to be processional but their work was shoddy at best. The price was quite hight for what they did do. At the time we thought they were good but being elderly and on the ground we were unaware of the work done (or not done) on the roof. Chris was up on our roof in less than 5 minuets and he saw where the problems were. He does not BS the customer into purchasing something not really needed to just make some money as the previous company did . We definitely would highly recommend new England metal systems because they guarantee their work. If necessary would call on them again."
