"We ordered a window from them the end of April. The beginning of June they came to put the window in. They had ordered the wrong size. The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"

"We can't say enough about how delighted we were with not only the results of our total kitchen remodel, but the experience of working with Mike, Ryan and Jared. From our very first contact, they were reliable and responsive, answering all texts and calls promptly and keeping appointments punctually. They offered ideas but were also highly respectful and responsive to ideas we presented, always saying "We can make that happen!", even when we had some really out-there requests like cutting a whole section of cabinets out around our 100 year old laundry chute and installing a stained glass window! Ryan and Jared are superb carpenters; their work is beautiful and they pay careful attention to detail. They had our kitchen completely demolished down to the plaster and back to being a functioning kitchen in just 4 weeks , including significant plumbing and electrical repairs and upgrades , as well as delays in shipping of a replacement for a damaged cabinet (not their fault!) and our new window. They have well-established relationships with a number of local subcontractors and vendors who are equally reliable and skilled, so the project moved along without any other delays. We would hire them without question to do other work on our home!"

"Roger is a great guy and his crew did a wonderful job remediating our flooding issues by putting in drainage systems that divert water around our house for some very serious flooding issues. They also installed a sidewalk to divert water and a drainage system under the sidewalk. They worked very hard and they were very courteous and kind."
