"They do a good job. They went up on the roof and made an assessment not only where the squirrels got in but also as to where they might try to get in next. They put up metal to seal up the holes. I was really happy with them. You paid the one time and then not the next because it was all the same service. He said if you hear noise call us. They would come and see if there was another hole that they missed. We didn't hear anything so they just came back and removed the things and sealed it up."

"I waited until after the winter to post this review because i wanted to see how the install held up after it took a winter beating and the high winds of spring. The results were very positive, with the roof looking great. Jim was easy to work with, identified the problems we had, provided a temporary repair to stop leaks and found matching shingles and did the full job at near his quote cost (we needed more material after project started and needs were clearer). Jim had injured his foot and we did have delays due his recovery, but he got up on that steep roof as soon as he was able to do the job. He was quick to respond to inquiries and did no more than job required. <br />"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"

"Very well. Contractor was skilled at his trade, drywall was installed, taped, and mudded in a timely and skillful manner. He was/is punctual in keeping appointment and doing the work. Gave an estimate for the job that was reasonable. When done he cleaned up the work area. Jerry did such a nice job that my wife and I will keep his card and contact him in the future for home remodeling projects."

"He is not willing to cut corners in terms of shoddy workmanship or incomplete work, which may make his prices a bit higher than some others who will do cheap work for a cheap price. I was completely satisfied with his quotes and plan on using him for the actual work once it starts. <br /> He seems qualified in several areas of construction and was able to speak with expertise about roofing type pros and cons as well as being experienced with some progressive building materials (trex decking, concrete siding, etc). He had some great ideas as well as a willingness to explain and discuss the prospective jobs completely. He's also just a fine guy to talk to, letting you be comfortable with him working on and in your house."
